This guidance tells HM Passport Office staff how to deal with passport applications for children born both:

  • on or after 28 August 2018 in the UK mainland and Crown Dependencies
  • to a national of the EU, Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein with status under the EU Settlement Scheme
