Homes England Nature Positive Plan

As part of the Global Biodiversity Framework agreed in Kunming and Montreal in 2022, the government has committed to halt nature loss by 2030 and achieve a full recovery by 2050.

The Nature Positive Plan sets out how Homes England will contribute to this commitment. It identifies Homes England’s significant nature-related risks and opportunities. These have informed its 9 goals, acknowledging the need to work towards nature in our strategy, in our places and in our capabilities. A regularly reviewed action plan will support progress towards the goals.
