You do not need to tell us who you are, but we can support you better if we can contact you.
Information you give will be in confidence and will help protect workers from exploitation.

This can take longer than using the online reporting form or emailing us.

Complain about problems with pay or work rights
Examples of problems with pay or work rights could include:
- working hours
- not being paid the National Minimum Wage
- an issue with an employment agency
- an issue with a gangmaster agency – these are employment providers to agricultural and food processing sectors
