Details

The Home Office offers help after you return to China if:

  • you have no legal right to remain in the UK
  • you either choose to return home (voluntary return) or are being returned

We can help you when you arrive and for up to 12 months after you return.

You can still use the reintegration service if you have already received help from the Voluntary Returns Service (VRS) or the Facilitated Returns Scheme (FRS).
