Organisation testing registration: record of combo rapid LFD test users

Settings required to report COVID-19 and flu combo rapid lateral flow device (LFD) test results under Regulation 4A of the Health Protection (Notification) Regulations 2010 should now be using the spreadsheet titled ‘Record-keeping multiple registration spreadsheet for combo rapid LFD tests’.

This spreadsheet allows settings to register combo rapid LFD tests.
