Updated the 'Reporting and offender management' guide to amend the frequency table and amended person to individual.

Updated the data protection section of the detention and case progression review guidance to reflect current best practice.

Added an accessible version of 'Detention of pregnant women'.

Replaced 'Chapter 55a - Detention of pregnant women' with an updated and newly titled 'Detention of pregnant women' guidance.

Guidance on mandatory refusal periods updated.

Detention: general instructions guidance updated. The following changes have been made: minor wording changes to the 'Places of detention' section; update to the list of current residential short-term holding facilities and Immigration Removal Centres; update to the authorisation levels in the 'Authority to detain: special cases' section pertaining to EEA citizens.

Added equality impact assessment: detention on reporting.

"Detention: general instructions" updated to reflect a change in how detention recovery costs should be recorded.

Reporting and offender management guidance has been amended to remove references to CID. Guidance has also been updated to include information on evidence required following a fail to report and information on travel tickets.

Guidance on "Adults at risk: detention of potential or confirmed victims of modern slavery" has been amended to reflect the transition of the Modern Slavery Needs Assessment templates to an internal Home Office system.

Updated the immigration bail caseworker guidance to: amend the Digital Reporting section to reflect the updated team name; amend the Electronic Monitoring (EM) section to reflect changes to; and to amend the First-tier Tribunal section to reflect the current bail hearing process and in relation to Financial Condition Supporters.

'Equality impact assessment: referring external medical reports for a second opinion – interim operational guidance' has been removed as it is no longer applicable.
