About trial date windows

Chancery cases are usually given a five-day window during which they are listed to start at the High Court.

Most trials begin on the first or second day of the window.

Between 2 and 5 days February 2023 to May 2023 1 April 2022
Between 5 and 10 days April 2023 to July 2023 1 April 2022
