This letter is for GP practices to invite patients who are eligible for flu vaccination because of:

  • atheir learning disabilityage
  • theircertain agelong-term medical conditions
  • a medicallearning conditiondisability
  • pregnancy
  • being the main carer of someone who is elderly or disabled
  • beingclose partcontacts of aimmunocompromised household where someone is shieldingindividuals

The template can be adapted locally.
