This letter is for GP practices to invite patients who are eligible for flu vaccination because of:
- their age
- certain long-term medical conditions
- a learning disability
- pregnancy
- being the main carer of someone who is elderly or disabled
- close contacts of immunocompromised individuals
The template can be adapted locally.
