This letter is for GP practices to invite patients who are eligible for flu vaccination because of:

their age

certain long-term medical conditions

a learning disability

pregnancy

being the main carer of someone who is elderly or disabled

close contacts of immunocompromised individuals

The template can be adapted locally.
