  1. In amendments to the 'Cladding Safety Scheme overview' we have made minor changes for clarity in the 'Subsidy' and Eligibility - summary' sections. In amendments to 'Applying for funding from the Cladding Safety Scheme' hardship funds are no longer available to enable a FRAEW to be obtained. We have removed our right to recover CSS funding if a project team is not appointed in the time specified or a project plan is not delivered within 90 days of PTS payment. We have removed the requirement to evidence leaseholder and resident engagement at the point of applying for building control.
