To ensure views from across the sector are well reflected in the results, we’d like to particularly encourage providers from larger firms (with multiple offices) to respond.

Help us improve our understanding of legal aid capacity and demand by sharing your knowledge and experience.

This survey will help the Ministry of Justice and the LAA to develop a more detailed understanding of market capacity and demand for legal aid services. Insights gained from the survey will also highlight the current challenges in how we work with our providers.

We would appreciate your completion of the survey; the higher the participation rate, the more valuable the insights we can gather to improve the quality of our services.
