You must also register by the registration deadline every year.

The next deadline for submitting data is 1 April 2027.2026 for large and small producers.
If you miss a submission deadline, you should contact your environmental regulator. This is:is:

- Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA)

The producers:data whenyou collect and submit for 2024 will be used to reportcalculate your recycling packagingobligations and any waste management fees you must pay in 2025.
2025 data
