The applicant notmade beingtwo givencomplaints accessunder 108A (1) of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992. Both Complaints are that the union breached its rules relating to the union’sremoval accountingof recordsDr andSingh thereforefrom breachinghis Sectionposition 30(2)as the school representative at the Marylebone branch of the Act.UCU.

Simpson v Musicians’Unite Union: Cancelledthe union: Postponed until further notice

The applicant made afour complaintcomplaints under 108A (1) of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 19921992. Complaints 1-3 are that the union breached its rulerules relating to the disciplinary process. Complaint four is with regards to the eligibilityapplicant criterianot forbeing given access to the electionunion’s accounting records and therefore breaching Section 30(2) of the General Secretary.Act.

Hussain v Communication Workers Union: Postponed until further notice

The applicant made five complaints that the Union breached its rules relating to elections at the South East No.5 Branch of the Union. The Certification Officer struck out complaints 2-5. Complaint 1 is to be heard.
