This is to hear two complaints concerning breach of union rules relating to the local election for the shop steward and lay officials positions.

Dent v National Employees Union: 21 February 2024

This is to hear a complaint concerning breach of union rules relating to the appointment or election of a person to, or the removal of a person from, any office under section 108A of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 .

Lambe v Fire Brigades Union: 27 March 2024

This is to hear a complaint concerning breach of union rules relating to the constitution or proceedings of any executive committee or of any decision-making meeting and proceedings under section 108A of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 .
