Details

This Mid-Tier Contract schedule can be used to incorporate any Departmental-specific terms that you want to include in your procurement. MOD buyers should specify the appropriate DEFCONS and DEFFORMS in the Annex. HMRC Buyers should use the HMRC terms. NHS England buyers should use the NHS terms. Other Buyers should not use these terms.

The team that publishes this Mid-Tier Contract became part of the Government Commercial Agency (GCA) on 1 April 2026. Documents may still refer to the Cabinet Office. All contract documents remain valid for existing and new contracts, and there are no changes to how you work with us.
