This guidance is for Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) providers of the Access to Work MHSS programme for contracts effective on or after 20 August 2024.
In Chapter 4: Customer Journey Referral, Start, Support Period and Leaver Process, deleted paragraph 4.55 about clerical payments will be made for Sensitive Customer Referral Outcome Payments.

The guidance about Special Customer Records (SCR) has been removed and guidance on Multi Agency Public Protection Arrangements (MAPPA) referrals has been updated (paragraphs 4.49 to 4.51). Replaced: Annex A: Access to Work MHSS Supplier Generated Candidate Form; Annex C: Access to Work MHSS Support Plan; Annex D: Access to Work MHSS 6 Month Report; Annex E: Access to Work MHSS Exit Report; Annex F: Access to Work MHSS Specified Standard; Annex H: Access to Work MHSS Standard Wording.
